My practice focuses on helping clients overcome a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges, such as: Anxiety Depression Grief Panic Disorder Burnout ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) I work not only to alleviate symptoms, but also to promote deep and lasting transformation in my clients' lives.

One of the greatest human sufferings consists of relational difficulties, conflicts and toxic relationships. I offer support, care and techniques to improve interpersonal relationships.
